1. After NBA Draft deadline passed, who’s in?

Friday marked the final date prospects could enter their names into the 2026 NBA Draft.

As expected, projected top-10 picks like Darryn Peterson, Cam Boozer and Brayden Burries all entered, but there were some more notable developments over the weekend.

To start, North Carolina big man Henri Veesaar declared for the draft and will not be returning to North Carolina. The 7-footer would have been a big keep for new coach Mike Malone, but now he’ll have to find another five-man.

Michigan big men Aday Mara and Morez Johnson also declared, and both are likely to remain in the draft, per sources. On the flip side, early entrants like Vanderbilt’s Tyler Tanner, Michigan’s Elliot Cadeau, Illinois’ Andrej Stojakovic, Arkansas’ Billy Richmond and international Gonzaga commit Jack Kayil are expected to return to school.

Then you have the case of Koa Peat, who’s likely to be selected in the 18-25 range, which means coming back to school could be more financially beneficial. It’s also notable that Arizona big man Mo Krivas did not announce his intentions to enter, meaning he’ll likely be returning to Arizona.

The withdrawal deadline for early entrants is May 27 at 11:59 p.m.
