1. Princeton cracked the code

Those nerds can hoop, too.

For the fourth time ever, and for the third season in a row, there is a No. 15-seed heading to the second weekend of the NCAA tournament.

The Princeton Tigers, champions of the Ivy League, made Missouri look like a mid-major on Saturday afternoon, beating the SEC's version of the Tigers, 78-63, in a dominating performance.

This wasn't a situation where Princeton got lucky, where they rode a hot shooting night or took advantage of Missouri getting into foul trouble. They, for lack of a better way to phrase, kicked Missouri's ass. Ryan Langborg finished with 22 points, six boards and four assists, Blake Peters hit five threes off the bench and Tosan Evbuomwan added nine points, nine boards and five assists as Princeton opened up a 14-point first-half lead that they extended to 20 en route to an easy win.
