Quite the show
Peach Jam could have an all-time matchup looming this weekend if Cam Boozer and AJ Dybantsa's teams face off. Here's what to expect. Plus, an elite West Coast series and college names to know from FIBA U20 EuroBasket.
Whether you’re a high school player, an Olympian, or even a semi-pro, there are plenty of tournaments to participate and watch in this summer. And some have elite matchups in the coming days.
Let's get to it.
1. Top prospects crushing Peach Jam
Pool play continued in Peach Jam on Thursday, with the No. 1 star duo of AJ Dybansta (2025) and Tyran Stokes (2026) once again headlining. They combined for 45 points and 14 points in the Oakland Soldiers’ win over Brad Beal Elite.
Love the way AJ Dybantsa and Tyran Stokes play the game, and so impressed by their maturity. It’s scary that they’re on the same Peach Jam team. Dybantsa had 21 points and 6 rebounds today while Stokes posted 24 and 8 in a win. Our broadcast highlights:

They’ve been one of two dominant teams this week. The other? The Nightrydas, who feature 5-star brothers Cameron and Cayden Boozer, as well as consensus top-10 2025 prospect, Caleb Wilson.
If the Soldiers and Nightrydas face-off this weekend, it’ll be one of the most anticipated AAU matchups of the year — and reminiscent of when Cooper Flagg and Boozer faced off in last year’s Peach Jam.
Both of their teams wrap up pool play this morning. Team Takeover is the only other unbeaten team thus far.
Nightrydas escaped with a 73-66 win at Peach Jam last night.
Boozers going for a 3rd straight EYBL Championship. Insanely impressive
Now they’ve added consensus 5⭐️ Caleb Wilson to the mix.

The top performance from Thursday came in a loss: Jeremiah Fears of Indy Heat dropped 35 points (12-of-17 shooting) and eight rebounds in an 87-68 loss to NY Rens.
The week has been a quite the showcase, which is notable after a couple of “down” recruiting classes. The 2025 group has a chance to be one of the deeper groups in a while. (Stokes downplayed thoughts about possibly reclassifying to 2025, which would only add to the overall class strength.)
Coaches are allowed to attend events starting tonight.
They’re going to see a helluva show.
2. A West Coast rivalry resumes
Maybe something good did come out of the Pac-12’s demise?
