Welcome to the show!

The first night of the ACC-SEC Challenge provided plenty of sparks with Kentucky's offense, and Clemson's surprising win. We break it all down. Plus, which fast starts will last?

Rejoice, BBN faithful. The Wildcats are a blast.

Let's dive in.

1. Big Blue scoring machine

Kentucky spent the last three games drilling 3s and racking up points. So it wasn’t a surprise to see that continue on Tuesday against Miami.

But to beat the No. 8 Canes 95-73? Sheesh.

Miami (5-1) actually had the lead late in the first half. That’s a distant memory after the No. 12 Wildcats dropped 57 points in the game’s final 21 minutes.

The most impressive thing was the ball movement and shooting. The constant passing from side to side moved Miami’s defense, and created open perimeter jumpers. UK was 9-of-21 from deep, and assisted on 26 of its 37 field goals. That’s a good sign from a (relatively) young team. And that was with DJ Wagner missing the entire second half with an injury.
