Four-star 2027 wing Joshua Leonard names four schools in contact most
The 6-7 rising senior enjoyed a successful summer with the Upward Stars and now turns to his recruitment, which he updated with The Field of 68.

Jumbo wings have become a trend at the highest levels of basketball, and class of 2027 prospect Joshua Leonard certainly fits the mold.
Leonard, the 6-7 wing from Florence (SC), is a load to deal with in the paint, grabbing offensive rebounds and finishing through contact. But he can also handle the basketball on the perimeter.
This summer on the Adidas 3SSB circuit with the Upward Stars, Leonard averaged 17.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.1 steals and 1.1 blocks. His most dominant outing of the summer was a 33-point, 16-rebound outing in April vs. Phenom United. He also posted 35 points against Midwest Basketball Club during the July live period.
"I think I got better creating for myself off the dribble,” Leonard said of his summer. “I think my shot got a lot better, and my defense. Both sides of the ball got better. But I still got to continue improving my ball handling and be able to create for myself with my size off the dribble.”
On the recruitment front, Leonard has a lengthy offer list including Cal, Charleston, Clemson, Mississippi State, Ohio State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee, UCF, Wake Forest and more.
