1. Four teams that want to forget the end of 2023

The end of holiday break sneaks up on everyone. Anyone reading this and trying to remember what they pushed off at work until the start of 2024 is nodding right now (and probably search emails for to-do items).

College hoops teams are no different.

Just ask Florida Atlantic, Arizona, Virginia and Michigan, four teams that could’ve used another cup of coffee before their final games of 2023.

Start with No. 7 FAU, which was favored by by 16 points on the road at Florida Gulf Coast, a team that less than a week ago needed a bank-in 3-pointer to beat an NAIA school.
